Welcome to this introduction session. You're curious about mindfulness meditation and you would like to experience it.

Mindfulness is a way of training the busy mind to experience the present moment.

We can train our minds, which also trains the brain and can make a real difference to our lives and our thinking ways. We may develop a different relationship towards our thinking, and free ourselves with more self-awareness and compassion.
