About the event

Learn about mindfulness and how mindfulness can support your health and well-being. How do you start to practice mindfulness meditation? The skill of mindfulness is not difficult, but the key thing is learn to build up a regular practice....We do physical exercises to keep the body fit and strong; mindfulness is giving you the mind training to pay attention and become aware of the present moment with a kind and non-judging attitude.  We can grow our present moment awareness which can be of great benefit.
