Join us for this friendly group in which we explore what mindfulness meditation is and how to start a practice. We can read about mindfulness, but the best way is to do it and feel how it feels to do the meditation. How do you feel before and afterwards? We will use the breathe,  but also sound and body sensations to help us to be aware of the present moment.
