About the event

This class is using breathing and gentle movement to bring balance, to help the mind relax.  Our minds can be very busy and at times scattered...mindfulness can train our minds to be simply present, so we can be aware of this moment we have.  Joyce combines simple movements with some Qigong, which also helps our energy to move freely through the body.
