Mindfulness helps us to train our attention to come back to the present moment, here and now experience. Movement done mindfully can be a way to practice mindfulness; we become aware that the body is always present, while the mind tends to wander off. Suitable for beginners.

About the event

A class that teaches you some mindfulness through movement. The movements are gentle, low-impact, some based on Qigong. The lesson is suitable for beginners and movement can also be done seated.  You are encouraged to stay within your own limits and listen to our levels of energy. We also do a seated mindfulness practice which you can also practice at home.
