About the event

Learn about mindfulness, what it is, how to do it, and  how to start with mindfulness. You can join the 4 week, part 1,  mindfulness based living course from Thursday 1st June. 4week block £85 and spaces are limited.  The part 2 of this 8 week course starts late August.
