Mindfulness for beginners week course with Ageing Well

Learn how to meditate and practice mindfulness. We can learn how to live more in the present moment, by training our attention and awareness to be in the here and now. We learn how to build up a mindfulness practice that can benefit the way we live and connect with our direct experiences .

About the event
Join us for 8 weeks, weekly on Wednesdays 1-2pm, live in Dunbar. Booking is essential by email or phone.
You will need to fill in a registration form, please email me joycemindfulness@gmail.com
Cost: £3 per week or £24 for the block, to be paid by cash only.
This is a course that is based upon the mindfulness based living course( MBLC) We use a free mindfulness app to support the home practice. It is important and encourages to practice weekly- we are starting a new habit, to practice to be mindful and aware of our thoughts and mind wandering.
We cannot stop our busy thoughts from coming, but we can learn to be more present, to be aware and live more in the here and now, with a kind, friendly and curious attitude.
