About the event

Learn what mindfulness is- and what it isnt. How can we 'be mindful' what happens to the busy thoughts I have?

How can mindfulness help me feel more calm, less stressed, more in the present moment?  

We can train the relationship we have with our thoughts, we can grow our mindfulness 'muscle' we all have. We can train our attention to come back in this moment, which can make a difference to our daily lives.,
