About the event
Learn mindfulness, mindful skills and resource yourself for better health & well-being for yourself and others. This is a course for beginners and this course will teach you how to start with mindfulness and create a routine for yourself. The commitment is 8 weeks, 2 hours per week plus some home practice. This course is a great starting point for making a change in how you live and relate to your thinking mind.
