About the event
We explore mindfulness, practice together and look at the benefits we may experience. We can train our minds, become more aware and present. We may feel calmer, more focussed and develop kinder attitudes towards ourselves and others. We learn about self-compassion and how to cultivate this in our lives, to also benefit our relationships and perspective. A rich introduction course, from the comfort of your home. We meet evenings: 1/10, 8/10, 22/10 and 29/10
