About the event
You will gain the tools and techniques to develop better self-awareness and to offer yourself higher levels of self-compassion, which will strengthen your levels of resilience. Ideally for people with a limited amount of time, just 4 weeks to make a start with mindful living.

This internationally accredited 4-week CMR programme teaches engaging, accessible, effective, evidence-based practices, skills, and techniques to develop resilience and enhance wellbeing using mindfulness and compassion.
