About the event

The facilitators for this course are Carole Sleight and Joyce, who both are trained with the Mindfulness Association. Carole has a background in nursing and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Joyce is also trained in youth mindfulness and works in schools, with pupils and teachers. Both facilitators are based in East Lothian and passionate about sharing the benefits of Mindfulness meditation in the community.
