Mindfulness in movement class

A gentle movement class, some movements based on Qigong, to make our movements flow with the breathing rhythm, bring awareness to our body and still the mind. Beginners welcome.

About the event
We meet weekly, Mondays 2-3pm throughout MARCH! Drop in class, but do let me know you're keen to come. Spaces are limited. Fee: £10 per session. Focus: bring awareness to your body and movements, sense and feel your movements. Bring movements in connection with the breathing rhythm which allows the busy mind to become more still and peaceful. We let the energy flow (Chi) through the meridians, using Qigong based movements. We can feel warmer, feel more energy and may feel more grounded and balanced while moving mindfully.
